Job Summary: The major responsibility is to perform clerical duties in the Department of Social Services. Facilitate an atmosphere of cooperation by being professional, pleasant, and helpful to the staff, patients, and families. Observe all general hospital and departmental policies, guiding principles, rules and regulations.

Responsibilities:

Answers telephone and relays messages.

Reviews payroll daily and adjustments as needed.

Scans authorizations into the EMR.

Promptly reports needed repairs to related services.

Assists Operations Manager with scheduling staff.

Track and facilitates periodic reviews.

Maintains office supplies, distributes mail and reports all problems regarding telephones, copier, and printer.

Meeting minutes for department staff meeting.

Track staff conference and reimbursements.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent.

Schedule: Part Time / Days, M-F, 8am-2:30pm (30/60)
