What Motivates You?
If you're passionate about problem-solving, hands-on work, and providing outstanding service, this is the role for you. In this position, you’ll be responsible for preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs that keep our property in top shape and minimize downtime.
What You'll Do Best:

Support the housekeeping team with general maintenance tasks including painting, plumbing, landscaping, and groundskeeping.

Maintain property standards through regular upkeep and repairs.

Assess materials, equipment, and supplies needed to complete tasks efficiently.

Perform general repairs such as:

Painting
-
Wall construction/patching
-
Security hardware installation
-
Basic electrical and plumbing work
-
Carpentry
-
HVAC system upkeep
-
Filter replacement
-
Landscaping tasks
-
-
Operate, inspect, and help maintain HVAC systems.

Order and replenish supplies in a timely manner.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

What You Bring to the Team:

High School Diploma or GED (preferred)

Valid driver’s license and current proof of insurance

A clean driving record free of major violations
-
Previous experience in resort or timeshare maintenance (a plus)

Strong knowledge of maintenance practices and power tools

Ability to handle multiple tasks and resolve maintenance issues efficiently
