Recruit Position Duties-
-
Coordinate workflow between Front Desk, Housekeeping & Maintenance Departments.

Manage room status portal (vacant, clean, cleaning in progress etc.).

Make sure rooms are on target to be released on time.

Manage in room work order workflow in partnership with the Maintenance Manager.

Enter work orders in work order system once notified by housekeepers and housekeeping supervisors.

Experience as a dispatch agent, ideally in a Hotel or Resort setting.

Ability to work under pressure and to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
