The In-House Sales Associate speaks with and leads guests on a tour of model units with the intention of either converting guests into Vacation Club Owners or upgrading existing Owners’ Club memberships.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Present and inform the guest of the benefits of vacation ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
- Call Manager to present financial options for potential ownership with Capital Vacations, LLC.
- All other duties as assigned
General Statement - Performs the job assigned, complying with Company policies and procedures, business code of ethics, FLSA regulations, and all applicable laws, as well as ensuring confidentiality, reliability, quality, and productivity.
Job Requirements
Education, Essential Training / Certifications, and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Two years of experience in resort sales preferred
- Maintain $2,500 VPG
- Maintain a 10% closing, measured by monthly sales reports
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible schedule
- Ability to travel –Road Shows
Shift: Weekends and holidays are required
- Regular Hours and Weekend
