Job Summary

The CMP Aviation Maintenance Analyst, under general supervision, provides analytical support of customer maintenance programs within the scope of all regulatory, OEM, and vendor requirements. On a daily basis, a CMP Analyst collaborates with customers and other Team members to ensure the upmost accuracy of assigned customers’ aircraft maintenance records and continued regulatory compliance. Qualified candidates should have proficient multitasking and organizational skills, excellent oral and written communication abilities, be informed and proficient in the use of modern technology and thrive in a Team-oriented work environment.

 

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain the inspection/maintenance schedule for fleet of assigned aircraft ensuring adherence to all regulatory guidelines, as well as manufacturer recommendations.
  • Ensure that customer maintenance compliance records and other data are updated promptly and accurately.
  • Assist Customers in utilizing the full functionality and capability of the CMP maintenance tracking application.
  • Conduct Customer maintenance program audits to verify accuracy of records. Compile audit findings and provide recommendations for review to Analysts for conformity to regulatory, manufacturer, and known vendor requirements.
  • Respond to correspondence, facilitate the gathering of information, and apply technical knowledge, to ensure the continued integrity of the Customer’s maintenance program and accuracy of maintenance tracking data.
  • Coordinate and cultivate positive relationships and communications with all external and internal business units to ensure efficient integration and deployment of Customer maintenance requirements and to enhance the Customer experience.
  • Coordinate with service providers to ensure the timely and accurate submission of completed maintenance documentation.
  • Conduct Outreach Calls to ensure continued customer contact and support in-bound customer telephone calls regarding maintenance program questions and satisfaction with the CMP Program and Services.
  • Maintain extensive knowledge of the applicable OEM and model maintenance program requirements.
  • Review applicability of and incorporate Airworthiness Directive notes and Service Bulletins as they apply to assigned aircraft and process inspection program revisions.
  • Occasional off shift work and travel may be required.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 

 Requirements

  • Associate degree in aviation maintenance or related field and (2) years related aircraft maintenance experience is preferred.
  • A & P License and two (2) years of related aircraft maintenance experience, or (4) years of related aircraft maintenance or manufacturing experience acceptable.
  • Prior customer service experience.
  • Must possess excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to analyze and interpret data.
  • Must possess excellent computer skills (proficiency level in all Microsoft Office applications. Word, Excel).
  • Other specific computer application experience is a plus.
  • Ability to speak both Mandarin and Cantonese language a plus.
