Job Summary
This role is responsible for managing the development and maintenance of the SKU-level demand forecasts resulting from the monthly sales planning and forecasting process, aligning to life cycle and seasonality plans. Provide support and expertise for achieving strategic and operational goals in the following business areas: Demand and Supply Planning, Inventory Management, and Category Life Cycle Management. This position owns responsibility for ensuring that high quality forecasts are developed by leveraging the best available cross-functional inputs and applying judgment based on knowledge of the business and robust cross-functional discussions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Responsible for supporting SKU-level demand planning forecasting responsibilities to support Topgolf requirements. In addition, will ensure that all forecasts reflect life cycle strategies and are in line with both venue and financial objectives.
- Interfaces with Venue Operations and Development teams to obtain information necessary for the forecasting process.
- Prepare demand data and conduct detailed statistical analysis to provide best demand forecast accuracy.
- Consistently deliver forecast accuracy results that drive inventory levels, as well as service levels that meet or exceed targeted thresholds for regular business, new product launches, and promotions.
- Update and produce a series of reports on the status of the supply chain and closely monitor incoming shipments to ensure timely delivery.
- Keep informed of current best-in-class practices, processes, and techniques and brings them into the organization as appropriate.
- Develop and publish key forecast accuracy metrics and analyze prior forecasts to identify potential sources of forecast error and develops action plans to improve accuracy.
- Instrumental in driving EOL process by managing SKU demand and product plans to a consensus EOL date and action plan. Create and maintain all SAP MRP related system settings associated with specific product category.
- Create and maintain SAP Business Objects (BO) reports to obtain necessary data and metrics to manage demand and supply plans.
- Assists in recommending capacity shifts based on SAP-driven forward looking production requirements and capacity planning.
- Process purchase orders from system-driven purchasing requisitions.
- Generate and monitor open purchase orders and follow up on any past due or delayed receipts with the supplier, receiving, IQC or inventory control (includes sending open PO reports bi-weekly).
Experience & Skills
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across various departments such as sales, marketing, production, and logistics.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with relevant ERP software, SAP preferred. Knowledge of IBP, Business Objects, and Power BI a plus.
- Data Analysis and Interpretation: Proficiency in data analysis tools and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Initiative and Ownership: A high degree of initiative and ownership with the discipline to follow through on assigned tasks.

- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in forecasting and planning processes.
- Global Supply Chain Understanding: Understanding global supply chain dynamics and international trade regulations.
- Communication of Insights: Ability to communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Business Administration or equivalent experience.
