THE OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented up and coming Bag and Accessories Designer to join our dynamic team in the golf and lifestyle industry. In this role, you will contribute to the design and development of innovative bags and accessories that align with our brand's vision and meet the needs of our diverse and passionate customer base. You will help pave the way as we solve and address the market needs from a new perspective.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create designs for bags and accessories for golf, lifestyle and travel market that reflect the brand personas.
• Conduct research on industry, color and material trends, competitor products, and customer preferences.
• Develop detailed sketches, colorways, tech packs, and specifications for prototypes and production.
• Assist the creation and application of seasonal color palettes to product.
• Support and take ownership of lead Designer’s projects through the phases to completion.
• Work closely with development to ensure the quality and functionality of the designed products.
• Participate in product testing and iterate designs based on feedback and testing results.

Qualifications:

• 2-4 yrs experience
• Bachelor’s degree and or Strong Portfolio showcasing design skills and previous relevant work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong color scheme design and application ability
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Drive to learn and have fun.

Optional Skills and Interests:

• Illustration and Print Graphic Design
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, trims, fabric, and the order of operations of bag construction.
• 2D and 3D visualization software
• Passion for bags, golf and or lifestyle products.
