What You’ll Do

As a Web Developer, you’ll create and maintain customer-facing and internal applications that power our business. You’ll work with Laravel, Livewire, Alpine.js, and Tailwind CSS while integrating complex back-end systems, including IBM DB2 databases.

Day-to-day, you’ll:

• Develop and maintain modern web applications with Laravel & PHP

• Build interactive front-end features using Alpine.js, Livewire, and JavaScript

• Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and database designs

• Collaborate with team members to design and implement scalable features

• Debug, optimize, and fine-tune full-stack performance

• Contribute to code reviews, documentation, and team knowledge sharing

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field)

• 4+ years of experience with Laravel (or Symfony)

• Strong PHP 8+ skills with OOP & MVC patterns

• Solid SQL and relational database design experience (IBM DB2 a plus)

• Proficiency with modern front-end: Livewire, Alpine.js, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript

• Experience with Git, Composer, NPM, and CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of APIs (REST, SOAP), caching (Redis/Memcached), and search (Algolia/Meilisearch/Elasticsearch)

• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and documentation skills

• Bonus: experience with PHPUnit or Pest testing frameworks
