The Parma campus is seeking a full-time receptionist. The hours are 10am - 7pm, Monday through Thursday, Friday 8am-2pm and Saturday 9am - 1:00pm (one Saturday a month). This position is an essential first contact for Students, Faculty, Staff and Vendors. In addition to normal reception duties, this position provides administrative support to the Admissions department.
Principal Job Functions:
- Answering a 10-line phone system
- Polite and Professional Customer Service
- Data entry and other Admissions functions
- Distributing and sending campus mail
- Faxing, filing and basic office duties
- Special projects as assigned
The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a diverse group of students and peers is required. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time are essential skills for this position.
Knowledge and Experience
- Associates Degree preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant experience desired
