Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Chiropractic Assistant to support both front- and back-office operations. Ideal candidates will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in busy environments. Responsibilities include scheduling, electronic medical record management, assisting with therapies, verifying insurance, and ensuring smooth daily clinic flow. Preference will be given to applicants with an active Chiropractic X-Ray Technician license/certification.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State Chiropractic Assistant license (required or applied)
• Chiropractic X-Ray Technician license (preferred)
• Experience with EMR systems and patient intake procedures
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and remain calm under pressure
• Comfortable with therapeutic equipment and sterilization protocols
• High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
