Job Description
Responsibilities
- Help coordinate execution of new Universal Filmed Entertainment Group’s (UFEG) strategies for creative innovation and content expansion across established and emerging media
- Organize meetings with internal project teams, stakeholders and external partners and maintain schedules for the Creative Innovation team.
- Assist in operational activities of UFEG in-house think tank(s) and incubator program(s)
- Develop and cross-promote relationships with key internal and external partners across creative, technology and business departments
- Organize program-level status updates and reporting to sponsor and stakeholders, and help facilitate regular program status meetings (including agendas, presentations, minutes, action items, and follow-up).
- Cultivate internal relationships to leverage studio resources to support key filmmakers in producing 360-degree content offerings across Universal Filmed Entertainment Group’s various verticals
- Coordinate activity on innovation and expanded content projects, and conduct base level research on industry trends and competitors
- Help prepare internal presentations to various business units within the Universal Filmed Entertainment Group.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and effectively handle sensitive matters
Desired:
- Strong interest and prior experience in the entertainment industry is required
- Exposure to creative development and a basic understanding of business fundamentals in the film and/or media industry is preferred
- Organizational skills to balance multiple projects is critical
- Strong awareness and interest in pop culture and technology trends
- Interest in helping to ideate, develop and execute in new creative and business models
- High degree of professionalism and the ability to navigate a large organization with guidance from senior management
- Basic presentation and communication skills
Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- [1-2] years of relevant professional experience in media and entertainment

Hourly range: $24.00-$28.00
