Job Description

The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a pivotal role in optimizing revenue generation efforts by overseeing the coordination of marketing technology systems, analyzing performance data, and implementing strategies to drive leads through the sales funnel. This role involves close collaboration with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless data integration and effective program management. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Coordinate Marketing Technology Systems: 

  • Manage and optimize marketing technology systems such as Hubspot, Mutiny, and Google Analytics. 
  • Ensure smooth operation and integration of these systems to streamline data flow and analysis. 

Data Analysis and Insights: 

  • Review performance metrics related to lead flow and revenue generation. 
  • Surface insights from data analysis and share them across the marketing team for informed decision-making. 

Program Management: 

  • Develop and manage programs aimed at driving leads through the sales funnel. 
  • Implement strategies such as email nurture campaigns, workflows, etc., to engage prospects and move them through the buyer's journey. 

Pipeline Review and Forecasting: 

  • Conduct regular reviews of sales pipelines and forecast revenue on a monthly and quarterly basis. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on pipeline performance to optimize revenue generation efforts. 

Dashboard and Data Visualization: 

  • Build dashboards and data views tailored to the needs of the marketing team. 
  • Create visual representations of key performance metrics to facilitate understanding and decision-making. 

Marketing Campaign Execution: 

  • Create marketing segments and lists based on data analysis. 
  • Execute targeted campaigns to these segments to maximize engagement and conversion rates. 

Data Management and Cleanliness: 

  • Ensure marketing data is clean, synchronized with other critical data sources, and free of duplicates. 
  • Implement processes to maintain data integrity and accuracy. 

Attribution Modeling: 

  • Develop and maintain an attribution model to track the effectiveness of marketing channels and campaigns. 
  • Identify areas for investment based on attribution insights to optimize marketing spend. 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • 3-5 years of experience in revenue operations, performance marketing, sales enablement, or a similar role, with a history of producing revenue growth.  
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales processes and the typical SaaS revenue lifecycle.
