Job Description

This role will work in the Global Sales - supporting Business Management & Asset Management team to provide on-going support of business forecasting, analysis, reporting, backlog & channel inventory management.   This candidate will focus on extracting data and make meaningful and value-add reporting.   Will assist in producing monthly  executive committee slides, business unit  operations review slides, quarterly sales forecast review presentations and other ad hoc reporting.  This position requires effective communications skills; internal and external, written and verbal. Advance ability to pull, analyze, create, and format data for review and further analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Compiling, analyzing, and reporting data (sales, supply chain related, billings, backlog, etc.)
  • Analyzing and reporting and providing actionable insights on data
  • Manage and track special reporting projects; ensure data integrity
  • Assist in monthly and quarterly management reporting and presentations, providing meaningful analysis and commentary related to the data presented
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting/data, plus analytical support for management.
  • Support various sales ops related ad hoc and integration projects

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting or business
  • Strong analytic and quantitative skills
  • Strong attention to detail - ability to build and improve processes.
  • Thorough knowledge and understanding of sales process, plans, forecasting and supply chain
  • Strong analytical skills - should be able to use data and draw conclusions and propose suggestions, solutions or further investigation considerations
  • Advanced certification and experience with Excel
  •  Advanced level Powerpoint skills
  • Experience w/ BI Tools such as Power BI, Qlikview, Tableau
  • Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams and ability to communicate to multiple levels (peers up to Chief Sales & Marketing Officer)

Additional Information

The expected annual pay range for this position is $63,500 - $95,500. This position is also eligible for bonus opportunities. Please note that final offer amount will be dependent on geographic location, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
