Next Coms Talk is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to support our administrative and operations team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data in various systems and databases, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of company information.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and verify data in databases and internal systems

• Review data for errors or discrepancies and make necessary corrections

• Maintain accurate records of valuable company information

• Prepare and sort documents for data entry

• Assist with generating regular reports as needed

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistent data practices

• Maintain confidentiality and security of all data

Qualifications
