We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to join our team in San Antonio. In this role, you will support the development, coordination, and execution of advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll work closely with account managers, creative teams, and media planners to ensure that all advertising efforts are delivered on time, on brand, and on budget.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure project deadlines are met

• Conduct market and competitor research to support strategic decisions

• Track campaign performance and assist in preparing reports for clients and management

• Maintain advertising databases and update campaign documents

• Support media buying and placement processes

• Handle administrative duties including scheduling meetings and preparing presentations

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or administrative support role preferred

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with advertising metrics and terminology is a plus
