We are now hiring for a Program Coordinator for residential group home in the Portland, Oregon metro community.
*One to two years of experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities needed. Prior experience in residential services preferred.*

Schedule: Full-time, Wednesday - Saturday.
Wage: Starting at $21.50 per hour and increases to $22.00 per hour after 90 days

Job Description
As a Program Coordinator, you will play a crucial role by providing compassionate care while enhancing the quality of life for individuals with disabilities. This is not a supervisory role. However, the PC is the lead staff for one residential group home program.
What You Get to Do:
- Assist with schedules
- Document and follow-up of individual and program related needs.
- Ensure compliance with policies and Oregon Administrative Rules.
- One-on-one training of DSP staff.
- Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
- Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
- Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene and more.
- Light housekeeping tasks and meal preparation.
- Build relationships with persons served and teammates.
- Attend special community occasions and fun activities like outdoor walks, games, and social events.
- Transport clients to appointments or other activities outside the home.
- Empower people with disabilities to live life to the fullest.
- Document progress, milestones, and action steps.
Qualifications
What Makes You a Great Fit:
- 1-2 years of experience working with adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Prior experience in residential services preferred.

- 18 years or older
- Able to attend two weeks of PAID in-house orientation and training
