Bela Brand Bat is seeking a professional and organized Receptionist to join our team in Orlando. As the first point of contact for our company, the Receptionist plays a critical role in representing our brand and ensuring smooth day-to-day front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room calendars
Assist with administrative tasks, data entry, and filing
Support other departments with general office duties as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred
Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first attitude
