Senior Developer

About this position

Leading restoration company seeking a skilled Senior Developer to join their dynamic team focusing on service excellent, fairness and respect. The Sr. Developer is tasked with developing and maintaining applications for corporate and franchise initiatives. Their responsibilities include designing solutions that adhere to development standards and integrate with other systems, developing software consistently to meet business requirements, and conducting unit tests on software components to ensure they fulfill business needs.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and design for medium to large-scale software development projects, including system enhancements, new code development, web-based initiatives, and system conversions.
• Offer production support for assigned business lines and applications, managing initiatives, resolving issues, and ensuring defect removal.
• Supervise project development efforts, ensuring compliance with standards and meeting business requirements.
• Design solutions adhering to development standards and integrating with other systems.
• Participate in planning sessions, provide coding estimates, conduct unit tests, assist in code migration, and resolve defects during testing.
• Maintain technical application artifacts in a code repository and deliver timely status reports.
• Mentor and train developers on processes and applications.

Skills/Requirements

• Minimum of five years' experience in software development in an Agile environment.
• Strong experience with Microsoft development tools (C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET Core, Knockout JS, Angular, etc.).
• Experience with AWS technologies (S3, SQS, SNS, ECS, Lambda, etc.).
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Teamwork approach and positive attitude.
• Flexibility to work additional hours as needed to meet project deadlines.

Pay/Salary Range:

• Salary range: 90-110k
