Next Comms Talk is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support and manage a range of marketing initiatives. This role is key to coordinating campaign activities, preparing marketing materials, and ensuring the timely execution of internal and external projects.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and brochures
Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports
Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales and communications
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning
Maintain organized marketing files and databases
Schedule meetings, manage timelines, and support daily team activities
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
Knowledge of basic marketing principles and campaign structures
