Next Comms Talk is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support and manage a range of marketing initiatives. This role is key to coordinating campaign activities, preparing marketing materials, and ensuring the timely execution of internal and external projects.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and promotions

  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, presentations, and brochures

  • Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales and communications

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic planning

  • Maintain organized marketing files and databases

  • Schedule meetings, manage timelines, and support daily team activities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in a marketing or coordination role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks

  • Knowledge of basic marketing principles and campaign structures
