Business Analyst

This position is Hybrid.

About this Position: The Operations division, a substantial segment of the firm, undertakes varied responsibilities. This includes accurately settling and recording millions of daily transactions, managing operational risks, fostering robust client relationships, and collaborating with technology to optimize IT and e-solutions. Operations is dedicated to continuous improvement while actively contributing to the establishment of new businesses, structures, and markets. Currently, we are seeking candidates for a role within the Foreign Exchange Trade Support Team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide direct support to FX Sales and Trading desks and assist various teams handling a range of FX products for a global client base, including Asset Managers, Corporates, Hedge Funds, Central Banks, and Interbank counterparties.
• Oversee and mitigate the firm's risk throughout the entire FX trade flow, from front to back.
• Collaborate with Sales and Trading teams on trade booking, allocations, give-ups, and amendments, emphasizing clear and confident communication with the FX Desk.
• Review and resolve exceptions and discrepancies across internal systems and external counterparties, ensuring meticulous attention to detail and timely task completion to uphold risk mitigation and deliver client excellence.

Skills/Requirements

• Proficiency in risk management of Trader positions is a key qualification.
• Possesses a superior skill set in Client Service.
• Exhibits excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Has the ability to drive automation and improvement initiatives.
• Capable of functioning effectively in both team and individual environments.
• Adaptable to working under pressure in a time-sensitive and deadline-driven environment.
• Possesses a working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Hybrid: 3 days in the office and 2 days at home for a normal week. (Subject to change)
• Foreign Exchange product expertise, including Deliverable and Non-Deliverable Spot
• Forwards, Options, Vanilla, and Exotic Trades, is highly preferred.

• $22-$24/HR
