Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Provide accurate information regarding company services and policies

  • Resolve complaints in a timely and effective manner

  • Document and track customer interactions using internal systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues

  • Assist with administrative support as needed
