Job Description

Pay Rate between: $120,000 - 130,000 / year

This role oversees the Modesto, Bakersfield, and Fresno sites

The purpose of this job is to supervise and maintain safe and efficient sites for lubricant and fuel distribution.

  1. Oversee, lead and set priorities develop and maintain a strong, cohesive and collaborative team across the region.
  2. Evaluate equipment and processes, for efficient fuel and lubricant distribution at the facility. 
  3. Assist and maintain fuel rack operations, Cardlock and Lubricant operations.
  4. Maintain required paperwork for all operational, billing, and government requirements.
  5. Enforce safety policies and procedures to include the SWPPP Plan, SPCC and HMBP Plan.
  6. Coordinate problem resolution and customer specific issues with sales staff.
  7. Oversee orders and payment collection for will call or counter sales transaction and ensure deposits are made timely.
  8. Coverage of staff positions when needed.
  9. Oversee onsite inspections with State/County/City agencies.
  10. Oversee the purchasing and receiving of all inventories and supplies
  11. Designated Operator for Hazardous Material on site storage and disposal
  12. Enforce proper Safety rules & regulations.
  13. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level.
  14. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures.
  15. Complete other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or Experience may substitute
  • CPR/AED Certified
  • Designated Operator for Hazardous Waste
  • Forklift Certified
