Job Description

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Temporary Brand Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our LATAM Brand Team. This role will involve managing various administrative tasks across multiple departments, including Media, PR, Events, VM, and Gifting/Publications. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Media:

  • Coordinate adflow requests and ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Assist with legal proof for HQ reporting.
  • Request adaptation of social media assets for retailers.
  • Manage invoicing and provide proof for media activity.
  • Organize and maintain the magazine library, including cleanup and organization.

PR:

  • Consolidate presentations from PR agencies, such as monthly benchmarks and clipping books.
  • Compile monthly editorial reports from DMR/Knewin and compare them to annual objectives.
  • Coordinate logistics for photoshoots with local teams and Ferrari, including creating Letters of Responsibility (LORs).
  • Perform daily administrative tasks to support the PR team.

Events:

  • Manage save the dates and invitations, including handling requests.
  • Coordinate travel logistics for event guests when necessary.
  • Prepare post-event recaps.

VM:

  • Create Survey Monkey links for retailers.
  • Compile responses to gather necessary information for different shipments.

Gifting/Publications:

  • Manage gifting inventory and allocate to the region as needed.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2+ year's experience in administrative support, preferably within a brand or marketing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
