- Foster an upbeat, energetic, and fun atmosphere for guests as they enjoy board games, arts and crafts, and other leisure activities.
- Provide personalized recommendations and assistance to guests in selecting and participating in activities tailored to their interests and preferences while facilitating a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
- Ensure a safe and enjoyable environment by adhering to safety regulations and implementing risk management practices during all activities and events.
- Adhere to the daily opening and closing procedures of the activities center, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.
- Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, providing information, and resolving any issues related to activities and experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of activity schedules, attendance, and guest feedback, using feedback to continuously improve the guest experience.
- Assist in the promotion and marketing of activities and events, both internally to guests and externally through social media and other channels.
- Embrace additional responsibilities as delegated by management to contribute to the overall success of the guest experience.
Qualifications

- High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests of all ages and backgrounds.
- Creativity and enthusiasm for developing and delivering engaging activities and experiences.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to meet guest needs.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
