Job Description
Retail is a high energy and customer service-based environment correlating with merchandising and driving of sales and business.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for coaching and developing sales associates and cashiers to ensure performance standards.
- Responsible for maintaining exceptional customer service and maximizing store goals.
- Responsible for acquiring and possessing a knowledge of store merchandise.
Qualifications
Job Requirements:
- Requires a minimum of (2) two-year years’ experience as a retail manager or supervisor.
- Candidates must be team players with excellent motivational and leadership skills upholding the Non-negotiable standards and have the ability to deliver and coach exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- A college education is preferred, but not required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain any licensing or active work cards required, at present or in the future, for this position at all times.
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
