We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our sales team in driving client engagement, preparing proposals, and managing customer accounts. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth sales operations and maintaining strong client relationships.
Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team with daily administrative tasks
Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and proposals
Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and presentations
Support in generating leads and tracking sales metrics
Handle client inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth delivery of services
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
