Captura Hall is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting project managers, ensuring project timelines are met, maintaining communication with all stakeholders, and ensuring quality deliverables. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for coordination and a knack for problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and information

  • Liaise with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives

  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise

  • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants

  • Assist in budget preparation and tracking expenses

  • Ensure standards and requirements are met through conducting quality assurance tests

  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and presentations

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Project Management, or related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or similar role

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Trello, Asana, or MS Project)

  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
