Captura Hall is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team in Grand Rapids, MI. The successful candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, organization, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately input data into databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems

  • Review data for errors, missing information, or inconsistencies

  • Perform regular data audits to ensure accuracy and completeness

  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all company and client information

  • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems

  • Assist with generating reports and compiling data as requested

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure data integrity

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred

  • Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role

  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
