Sonar Spark is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from conception to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring events run smoothly and deliver exceptional results that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution

• Communicate with clients to understand objectives and requirements

• Source venues, vendors, and suppliers within budget and schedule

• Manage logistics such as permits, catering, transportation, and staffing

• Create detailed event timelines and floor plans

• Supervise event setup, operation, and breakdown

• Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide real-time solutions

• Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Communications, or related field

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in event coordination or similar role

• Strong organizational and project management skills

• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends depending on event schedule

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic budgeting tools
