Job Description:
Bela Brand Bat is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to support the successful execution of client and internal projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in planning, scheduling, and coordinating activities to ensure timely and on-budget delivery of initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor project schedules, budgets, and deliverables

  • Communicate clearly with internal teams and clients to align expectations

  • Prepare project documentation, reports, and updates for stakeholders

  • Identify potential risks and propose effective solutions

  • Ensure all project activities comply with company standards and client requirements

  • Support project managers with administrative and operational tasks

  • Track project progress and provide timely updates to team members and leadership

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a project coordination or administrative support role

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or MS Project)

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset
