We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations in our Cincinnati, OH office. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the office and assisting multiple departments with clerical tasks and coordination.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies
Schedule meetings and appointments and assist with calendar management
Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence as required
Support the accounting, HR, and operations teams with administrative tasks
Assist in managing office inventory and placing orders
Help coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Proven experience in an administrative or office assistant role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
