We are currently seeking a dependable and highly organized Office Assistant to support daily administrative operations at our Charlotte office. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth functioning of office procedures, assist team members with various tasks, and contribute to maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office files, records, and documents
Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely and professional manner
Schedule meetings and appointments
Greet and assist visitors and clients when they arrive at the office
Order and monitor office supplies
Support the team with data entry, filing, and general administrative tasks
Assist with internal communication and documentation
Maintain office cleanliness and organization standards
Qualifications
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
