Sharpcontra is seeking a Marketing Relations Assistant to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives and maintain effective communication with partners, vendors, and clients. This entry-level to mid-level role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in communication and relationship-building, as well as a desire to grow within a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotional events
Maintain regular communication with clients, media partners, and vendors
Support the marketing team in preparing presentations, reports, and proposals
Schedule meetings, prepare briefing materials, and take meeting minutes
Coordinate the delivery of marketing materials and ensure brand consistency
Monitor campaign performance and compile analytics reports
Respond to inquiries and maintain updated records of client interactions
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in a marketing, client relations, or administrative support role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of CRM tools or project management software is a plus
