We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Warehouse Worker to join our growing operations team in Birmingham, AL. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse functions efficiently by handling shipping, receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments accurately

• Pick and prepare orders for shipment in a timely manner

• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (training provided if needed)

• Keep inventory records up to date and assist with regular audits

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding daily tasks

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment is preferred but not required

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Basic math and organizational skills

• Punctuality and strong work ethic

• Ability to follow safety procedures and company guidelines

• Forklift certification is a plus
