Job Description

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Procore’s Connected Experience team. In this role, you’ll lead a team to deliver a Connected experience for companies working on the same construction project. The goal is to allow all companies, from General Contractors to Subcontractors to Owners, to collaborate on the same project data from within their own accounts, thus maintaining ownership over their users and their data. It's a critical component of Procore's expansion strategy and addresses a long-time top customer request.

As a Product Manager, you’ll partner with UX, Engineering, and other product teams to deliver a seamless and cohesive connected experience. Use your storytelling skills, bias towards action, and leadership to deliver a truly innovative experience largely adopted by Procore customers. Join our team in solving this unmet need in the market and revolutionizing the way companies collaborate in construction.

This position reports into the Director of Product Management, Core Solutions Platform, and will be located in the Austin, TX office or work remotely from Austin, TX. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.

What you’ll do:

  • Become well-versed in the construction industry and its diverse challenges

  • Inform and own the product roadmap to optimize customer wins, a scalable platform, and our competitive advantage

  • Identify and write product and feature briefs by considering outcome potential, competitive landscape, technical requirements, and user experience

  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to create solutions that are compelling, easy to use, and realistic to implement

  • Balance customer empathy with horizontal solution thinking—recognize platform approaches that solve multiple problems at once, creating strategic leverage for Procore

  • Effectively use qualitative and quantitative data analysis to help inform the decision-making process

  • Think beyond software for the whole solution by collaborating closely with customers, partners, and go-to-market teams

What we’re looking for:

  • 4+ years of Product Management experience at an enterprise SaaS software company

  • Technical experience either as a software engineer or through a computer science background

  • Experience managing products and rollouts with complex dependencies across multiple autonomous product teams

  • Experience releasing product updates and successfully driving their adoption

  • Ability to effectively communicate trade-offs for decisions through strong written and verbal skills

  • Strong analysis and synthesis skills, demonstrating the ability to break down problems into components structured into platform-first solutions

Additional Information

Base Pay Range $134,800 - $185,350. Eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidate’s job-related skills, experience, education or training, and location.
