Overview

The Housing Coordinator is responsible for the management of the Transitional Housing Program.

Responsibilities

• Convey a positive attitude towards job related relationships
• Conduct self in a professional manner in all work related functions
• Responsibility for general office duties as it relates to organizational needs of managing the Transitional Housing Program
• Responsibility for effective inter-agency communication
• Responsibility for maintaining & updating files
• Assist bookkeeper with maintaining financial records
• Utilize appropriate procedures for documenting housing payments
• Follow correct procedures in reviewing payment accommodations
• Promote effective facility communications
• Participate in continuing education opportunities

Qualifications

• High school education, good communication skills, organizational skills, computer experience are preferred
• Ability to communicate orally, to maintain confidentiality, and to facilitate timely processing of housing applications, inspections, and property owner payment

Salary Range

USD $22.50 / Hour
