Overview
Responsible for the design and performance of a portfolio of patient engagement and direct to patient marketing programs for a large, national health care services company. This patient conversion expert must infuse effective engagement strategies to drive engagement and conversion for multiple home-based services. This leader has proven experience leading DTC, marketing, and/or patient access teams with deep expertise in engagement technology and tactics in the healthcare field.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and managing a team of care facilitators or patient access coordinators in support of company clinical and growth goals
- Expertise in outbound engagement tactics, technology levers, and best practices
- Collaborates with executive leadership to establish operational and strategic goals for the Clinical Hub
- Builds and maintains positive working arrangements with all internal and external constituents
- Develops, implements, and sustains KPIs and programs to ensure that Clinical Integration and Patient Engagement provides superior patient and referrer experience across the organization
- Collaborates with infrastructure providers both external and internal to ensure that the IT, EHR, CRM, and Telephony systems are deployed and maintained to meet the operational targets
- Develops and manages annual operating and capital budgets for all areas of direct responsibility
- Identifies opportunities for cost reduction and or productivity enhancements for assigned areas of responsibility
- Builds a high quality, dynamic remote shared services function that supports enterprise goals
- Fosters a culture of inclusiveness, trust, respect, and candor necessary for strong relationships and engagement
Qualifications
- BSN or Bachelors degree in a related field
- 10 years experience designing and managing direct to consumer / direct to patient engagement programs
- Experience building engagement center infrastructure (telephony, IT, CRM, analytics, reporting)
- RN preferred, not required
- Ability to manage multiple high priority projects simultaneously while maintaining operational performance
- Ability to communicate with, engage, and support business leaders across the company in achieve business and clinical goals
- Travel up to 10%
