This position is responsible for….
Producing high-quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Your day will be very busy… you will:
- Performs order processing for all inventory and custom braces for all locations, including different account service sites. Collaborates with service representatives regarding inventory requirements.
- Performs the set-up of new vendor accounts.
- Performs the return process for patient-specific and non-patient-specific returns.
- Receives stock and bill proof of delivery notices (P.O.D.’s) and verifies the product is placed and/or transferred into the correct sub-inventory location.
- Creates and logs Purchase Orders (P.O.s); verifying contractual pricing on products.
- Learns and masters inventory functionality in all systems, primarily Oracle and B.C.S. (Breg Claims System).
- Receives product and organizes it onto shelves; checks orders against packing slips and Purchase Orders. Receives product into Breg Claims System (B.C.S.), Oracle, and/or legacy billing system. Maintains and shares inventory counts and inventory processes on spreadsheets on the public drive.
- Runs month-end reports and closes outstanding P.O.’s. Communicates with employees regarding outstanding orders for month-end. Prepares balance inventory for month-end and completes cost report.
What your background will be:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred and 2+ years applicable experience.
- Business to Business Inventory experience required. Medical device inventory management desired
- Knowledge of Oracle W.M.S. is desired but not required.
- Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, M.S. Outlook, Word, and Excel capabilities.

Salary/Pay Range: $23.00-28.00 per hour
This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
