What You'll Do as a TCM Clinical Supervisor with BCCS:
- The TCM Clinical Supervisor has primary responsibility to ensure that all clients are receiving appropriate services through the program. The program provides an array of case management and support services to clients suffering with substance abuse and mental health disorders.
- Be responsible for the supervision of the case managers and peer support specialists.
- Ensure that case managers/peers are providing referrals and completing ICP for all clients in the program.
- Ensure that all documentation is completed in a timely manner, monitoring that case managers/peers are conducting re-engagement calls for any clients that have missed their appointments, conduct chart audits and reviews all ICP/intakes/discharges in the appropriate time frame.
- The TCM Clinical Supervisor fulfills the responsibilities of this position primarily by guiding, monitoring, and assisting clinical staff in providing quality, sufficient and appropriate care, and support services for all BCCS clients served by the program.
- It is also the responsibility of this position to model and maintain high professional conduct and standards among all staff.
- This is a community-based position, so work will be performed outside of an office setting on a regular and consistent basis up to 100%.
Qualifications for the position are:
- REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field
- REQUIRED: 1 year experience in the Behavioral Health
- REQUIRED: Must possess a valid driver's license with 2 points or less.
- PREFERRED: CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor).
- Within 2 years, must have obtained certification as CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor).
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday
- 7:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
Pay:
- Starting at $26.50/hour
- Commensurate based on experience, education, and certification!
