Continuous Community Care Mobile Treatment is a mobile treatment program collaborating with Gibney Mobile Healthcare that will be focused on providing medical and behavioral healthcare to socio and economically marginalized populations statewide.

What you'll do as a CCMT Supervisor:

  • Assist with the day-to-day function of the Lancaster Avenue drop-in center and the CCMT program.
  • Fulfills the responsibilities of this position primarily by guiding, monitoring and assisting staff in providing quality, sufficient and appropriate medical/peer/clinical care and support services for all patients served by this project.
  • Model and maintain high professional conduct and standards among all staff.

Qualifications:

  • REQUIRED: 3 Years Healthcare/Medical - Substance Abuse/Addiction Medicine experience

  • REQUIRED: CPRS - Certified Peer Recovery Specialist

  • REQUIRED: Valid driver's license with 2 points or less.

  • PREFERRED: Bachelor's degree in behavioral health or related field

Salary:

Starting at $41,000, commensurate based on experience / education

Schedule:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. or....
  • 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
