Essential Functions

1. Load and unload appliances, cabinets, and countertops off and onto delivery trucks. This may include working in the warehouse or on a job site.
2. Verify amount of product received with packing list, inspect products for damage, sign documents and forward to office for processing.
3. Restock products using a put away suggestion or movement sheet and maintain current physical inventory.
4. Accurately pick and pull stock from assigned areas according to customers’ orders.
5. Hand stack, palletize, label and properly prepare and pack products for safe and secure shipment.
6. Verify customer orders are complete – that the correct products have been picked and staged prior to loading products onto delivery truck.
7. Install cords on appliances, install icemakers in freezers, and change hinges on appliances.
8. Prepare delivery truck for loading by removing all material from delivery truck.
9. Load product onto vehicles in route sequence using loading documents.
10. Count products and reconcile counts to ensure inventory levels are accurate.
11. Process returned products by matching product with corresponding documents and replacing product in proper bin location.
12. Report damage, shortages or concerns with products or equipment to management.
13. Clean and maintain warehouse and yard.
14. Perform additional duties as required and requested.

Education and Work Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Transferable experience effectively working in a team-centered, fast-paced environment.
• Experience safely moving product using dollies and/or straps (preferred).
• Experience reading bills of lading and other delivery paperwork (preferred).
• Experience working in a warehouse, picking and pulling items, with a warehouse management system and RF scanner (preferred).
• Proven work history of being dependable and attentive to details.
• Forklift experience (preferred).

Physical Demands: Heavy - Exert up to 100lbs of force occasionally, 50lbs frequently, and 20lbs constantly to move objects. Frequently standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, reaching, grasping, and lifting. Occasionally climbing, talking, sitting, pushing, pulling, and typing.
