Summary of Key Job Duties
- Provide a warm, welcoming personalized concierge experience—greeting customers as they enter the showroom, and respond promptly to telephone and email inquiries.
- Coordinate with internal staff and manufacturers to resolve customer issues.
- Keep records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
- Facilitate warranty services and process payments.
- Maintain showroom appearance and help with mail distribution.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- One year of customer service in an office setting, call center, retail setting, service industry or other customer-facing workplace and enjoy interacting with the public.
- One year of computer and web-based applications, mobile applications, MS Outlook and Word, basic Excel.
- One year experience with database management systems such as customer management or accounting software (i.e. Salesforce preferred); multi-line phone system, fax machine, and mailroom equipment hardware and software.
- Appliance wholesale distribution or transferable industry experience (preferred).
- Proven work history of being dependable and attentive to details.
- Pass a pre-employment drug test.
What we offer:
Starting pay is $20.00 per hour plus you will have an opportunity to earn Team Incentive Performance (TIP) pay when the team achieves performance targets. Your full-time work schedule will vary to include working some Saturdays.
