Texas Door and Trim has an exciting opportunity to join the team as Builder Accounts Coordinator at the Austin showroom (Domain area) 

The Builder Accounts Coordinator will be responsible of working closing with the TDT outside sales team for assigned builder accounts.  Reporting to the general manager this individual will be responsible for daily communication with builder account field representatives, and maintaining the schedule of deliveries, and installation to meet the customer’s needs.  The field sales assistant will keep an updated record within the customers PO system for assigned accounts, complete job site visits to verify and submit orders according to the builder’s schedule.

Essential Functions: 

  • Establish and maintain direct communication with production builder field superintendents.
  • Manage production builder PO systems, and pricing masters in conjunction with TDT outside sales representatives.
  • Submit orders to inside sales and track for on time delivery or installation.
  • Communicate with the operations team, and outside sales team on a regular basis any potential concerns or issue with on time delivery or installation.
  • Update and maintain customer CRM records.
  • Review and approve order entry from inside sales associates.
  • Perform additional duties as required or requested

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Strong customer service orientation with professional and effective written and verbal communication skills, including excellent listening skills.
  • Customer centric approach to business.
  • Experience in construction related customer service capacity preferred.
  • Proficient with using Microsoft suite of products (excel, office 360, outlook)
  • Comfortable and calm working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
