Sales Support Cashier Responsibilities

  • Greet Customer Upon Entry to the store
  • Answer all incoming call to Baillios​
  • Work alongside the sales staff to complete the overall experience to customers
  • ​Responsible for calling and contacting customers to schedule delivery/installation.
  • Responsible for ensuring product is in inventory, waiting to be released by warehouse.
  • ​Responsible for working with Sales Staff for all customer product that is on backorder.
  • ​Communicate all delays in a project to customer, internal operations persons, and sales.
  • ​Ensures no product leaves the warehouse without payment in full. Follow up with Sales
  • ​Work with delivery and warehouse to schedule committed deliveries with the customers.
  • ​Point of contact with the delivery team regarding any circumstances or obstacles they are confronted with.
  • ​Manage damaged product process​

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
  • Good math skills.
  • Ability to use computers for data entry and processing.
  • Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.
