Job Description

The Channel Loyalty Program Manager will collaborate within our channel marketing team to conceptualize, develop, and implement impactful programs aimed at driving the adoption of our building brands (Butler and Varco Pruden) solutions, while supporting our builder partners in effectively promoting these solutions to their customers. Employing a programmatic approach, this role will design a new offering and deployment model that spans our brand portfolio, aligning closely with our strategic priorities and initiatives, and accommodating the unique needs of individual partners.

Responsibilities

· Evaluate and Optimize: Assess and optimize existing loyalty and co-op programs in the short term to enhance effectiveness and drive measurable results.

· Architect New Loyalty Program: Develop a comprehensive, long-term strategy to architect a new loyalty program that spans across both brands, fostering deeper engagement and loyalty among our builder partners.

· Implement Dashboards and Reporting: Establish new dashboards and reporting mechanisms to measure program impact and attribution, collaborating with our data insights and finance group to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.

· Align Incentives: Align incentives and rewards structures with segment and product priorities, ensuring that program offerings are tailored to meet the specific needs and preferences of our target audience.

· Collaborate with Digital Team: Work closely with our digital marketing team to develop compelling campaigns that intersect with our core efforts, leveraging digital channels to enhance program reach and effectiveness.

· Voice of Builder Integration: Act as a conduit for capturing the voice of our builders, incorporating their feedback and insights into program development to ensure relevance and alignment with their expectations and objectives.

· Brand Integration: Collaborate closely with our brand presidents to develop integrated strategies and ensure alignment with overall brand objectives and initiatives.

Qualifications

Education/Experience

· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; post-graduate qualifications preferred.

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in loyalty program management, partnership development, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in driving customer engagement

· Strong understanding of B2B marketing and channel management, particularly within the building industry, with experience working through third-party distribution networks of builders or dealers.

· Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns, with a focus on driving customer engagement and loyalty through digital channels.

· Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive projects to successful completion on time and within budget.

· Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, using insights to inform decision-making and drive program optimization.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

· Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

· Ability to travel as needed, up to 20% of the time.
