The Media Strategy Director will lead the charge in developing and optimizing full-funnel, cross-channel media strategies that drive measurable business results. They will play a key role in shaping the media direction for high-profile clients, translating complex performance data into clear, actionable insights, and guiding internal teams to bring media strategies to life.
This is a hands-on, high-impact role that requires deep knowledge of media planning and execution across digital, traditional, and emerging channels - along with the confidence and expertise to lead complex initiatives, present to senior clients, and partner closely with analytics, creative, and sales teams.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working independently and collaboratively. They can take high-level business challenges shared by clients, ask the right questions, and translate that input into actionable, insight-driven media strategies. Whether working individually to develop a go-to-market plan or working cross-functionally with creative, data, and account teams, they know how to connect the dots and build strategies that solve real problems and drive results.
Compensation & BenefitsRRD's current salary range for this role is $141,000-225,600 / year. The salary range may be adjusted based on the applicable geographic location of the hired employee, and the range may change in the future. At RRD, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions may vary based upon, but not limited to education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. Depending on the role, in addition to base salary, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program.
