Practice areas include general civil and federal litigation, general liability disputes, personal injury litigation, trucking/transportation, coverage disputes, federal workers’ compensation, and maritime and admiralty law.

Requirements

Candidates should possess the motivation to learn and the willingness and dedication it takes to litigate a case effectively.

Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and focus are required.
