The clinical Social Worker coordinates team-based care to provide health services to individuals, through effective partnerships with patients, their caregivers/families, community resources and providers to achieve patient / family centered care. As a patient care partner, provides a full range of out-patient clinical services, including short-term psychotherapy, group therapy, couples therapy, family therapy and/or evaluation and referral to appropriate resources.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Master’s degree in social work from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE) accredited school; and, an active LCSW license in the State of Montana; or,
• Master’s degree in counseling or related field; and, an active LCPC license with the State of Montana.
• Minimum of six months post master's experience in clinical therapy.
• Current Healthcare Provider CPR certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Competency in providing cognitive and behavioral assessments and interventions to individuals, couples, and groups with behavioral health and/or substance use issues in a primary care setting.

Schedule:

• Full-time, >30 hours/week
• Monday - Friday

Compensation:

• $32.59 - $39.11 per hour DOE
