Description
- Collaborate with SMEs and other team members to gather analytics requirements and articulate
- Perform data profiling to identify and understand
- Design and develop Reporting solutions using the Bank’s Data Warehouse and BI (Reporting) environments following all
- Prepare test plans and test cases for functional and data testing - perform testing of analytics solutions
- Create and maintain system and user documentation related to the Data Marts and Reporting
- Support and monitor reporting environments and analytics solutions.
- Troubleshoot, optimize and enhance data analytics
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to
- Maintain confidential and sensitive datasets as per the Bank’s Information Security policies and IT governance standards.
Job Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree
- Required: 3+ years of experience as an IT Engineer or related occupation, implementing data analytics
- Required: 2+ years of reports or dashboards development using Microsoft Excel, SSRS, Power BI or similar BI
- Required: 2+ years of experience in writing T-SQL queries, stored procedures and SQL Server
- Required: Good understanding of the Data Warehouse concepts like dimensional modeling, dim tables, fact
- Required: Good experience in testing reports/BI applications and validating data for
- Preferred: 2+ years of experience in banking (retail banking, loan systems processes, and loan data) or a related
- Preferred: Experience in gathering business and functional requirements and writing ETL technical specifications.
- Preferred: Familiarity of agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Issue/Change management tools like
- Preferred: Good Experience with MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint).
- Required: Excellent listening, communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving
- Required: Ability to learn and apply new data analytics technologies without formal
- Required: Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and contribute both independently and as part of a
- Required: Must enjoy working in a fast-paced teamwork
The salary range for this full-time position is $90,000.00 annually - $140,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
Salary ranges are determined based on qualifications, level, and location.
