  • Critiques resumes and provides suggestions to individuals.
  • Assists customers in completing applications for service.
  • Supports customers in setting up meetings with other Workforce Solutions staff. 
  • Effectively help customers use equipment such as fax, copier, scanner, and computer.
  • Assists with setting up email accounts and passwords for use in sending resumes, using WorkInTexas, My TX Careers, and other search engines, and applying online for jobs. 
  • Assists customers patiently with problems, and complaints-remain courteous when dealing with difficult and angry customers. 
  • Ability to multitask and effectively handle situations where multiple customers want attention at the same time.
